Why do you like these products?

These nootropics and cognitive enhancers are amazing tools to help you be superhuman.  For me being average or just okay is never good enough I always have to be the best.  For example something like Meldonium will fuel me both mentally and physically through the toughest of challenges and help make my mind and body resilient to stress. Something like etifoxine can help quiet and calm my mind during the most stressful situations.  Noopept helps give me the brain power to study for hours on end and then have perfect memory recall when the test comes. By blocking NMDA memantine helps to relax me and get me through the most stressful time periods that life brings and effectively raises my mood.   Nootropics essentially allow us to push past what an average human can do and allow for us to be superhuman this is why I love them.

Describe your experience of taking these products

I rotate through these products pretty regularly.  Something like etifoxine I tend to save for more situational usage as I find it more effective that way.  When I am facing more general anxiety I will usually do a course of memantine for a few weeks to help get me through the anxiety.  Noopept I will use about 5 days a week (when I work) and due to its short half life dose it throughout the day.  I tend to crush the tablet and do it sublingual as I find that it is much more effective like that.  Meldonium use before any sort of physical activity whether it be the gym, biking, running, rock climbing, mma, I find that is has amazing benefit in nearly all athletic situations, and does a very good job at making you a better athlete both mentally and physically.

Biohacking tips

Always be a complete biohacker, meaning always attack the issues from every angle.  If you for example are having issues with brain fog then a combination of nootropics, exercise, improving your sleep, optimizing your diet, and controlling inflamation will be much more helpful than just taking the nootropic.  Nootropics will always work better when the users lifestyle is fully optimized.
