What Is Selank?
Selank 0.15% is an anxiolytic peptide with nootropic properties. The main effects include antianxiety, antidepressant, and antiasthenic. By its structure, Selank is based on endogenous tetrapeptide Tuftsin which plays an important role in the immune system.
Selank usually goes in the form of nasal spray or drops.
The History Behind Selank Peptide
Tuftsin was found to have anxiolytic effects in 1995. And over the next decade, Russian scientists were focusing on developing a peptide drug that was able to have the most pronounced anxiolytic effects.
To slow the breakdown of the peptide and prolong its effects, the inventors of Selank added glyproline to its structure. Numerous clinical trials confirmed the safety of this peptide, which was found to be void of dependence and to be non-toxic even in doses 200–500 times higher than therapeutic ones.

The mechanism of the positive therapeutic action of Selank is based on its ability to restore normal levels of serotonin, noradrenaline, and enkephalins in the brain. How to Use Selank: Dosage?
One bottle of Selank contains 60 drops, each having 75 mcg of the active ingredient. The average dose is 2-3 drops in each nostril. Selank should be taken up to 3 times per day.
The treatment course is 14 days.
Is it Safe to Use Selank?

I didn't care for the nasal drops. I believe I lost 50% of the product just from the administration process. The nasal drops are high-maintenance and do not travel well. In my job as a nurse I don't get many opportunities to lay on my side and have someone else carefully drop the medication in my nose. The actual nasal spray is the only way I'll take this product moving forward. Selank is effective, but I couldn't really tell because I wasn't able to control the dosage.

This worked well. It got the wife out a 2 yr depression, unlike the prescribed anti depressants. It may work different for others. The dropper was a bit funky and was hard to determine proper dosage. It's been 5 weeks since last cycle of 2 weeks and going strong. Would recommend to other to try, can't hurt. Safer than anti depressants.

I purchased Selank for the first time recently. This is a liquid preparation, designed to enter the bloodstream after absorption by the nasal mucosa. That mode of delivery should be more rapid than **** ingestion. With that in mind, my intended use was treatment of occasional episodes of high anxiety (below panic threshold). Unfortunately, I noticed absolutely zero effect from this product, even with 2x dose.

I had to sign for the package at the post office and because of the extreme hate towards Russia, the fact that my package came from Russia made the postal workers change their attitude towards me. And it was the fact that it was from Russia because they kept passing the package to each other and staring at the address before bringing it to me, then they refused to make eye contact or even speak to me as I signed for it. Even though I love selank I'm not sure it's safe to order without being put on some fbi watch list because of paranoid postal workers.

Long after I had lost all hope, I finally received it! Seems to be pretty effective too!
So, due to the situation between Ukraine and Russia and all the sanctions, my shipment was stuck in customs for over a month! They even opened one of the boxes of Selank and took one of the Phenylpiracetam pills (for testing I assume - how silly lol). The tracking information was not updating at all during that period, so I had lost all hope that I would ever receive my shipment. Then, one day, I got a notification saying that my shipment was arriving the next day - it had finally been released from customs! It was a very pleasant surprise, that's for sure - I spent quite a lot of money (Selank x8 and Phenylpiracetam) and I was not too happy with our government, to say the least lol. Anyway, the Selank seems to be pretty effective for my anxiety (even after the long trip - but maybe I take more than the suggested dosage - not sure lol). It's not a miracle cure for my social anxiety or anything like that, but it's a nice addition to my anti-anxiety arsenal lol. It's a bit weird trying to administer a dosage though - I was expecting a nasal spray (guess I didn't read the description lol), so it was a bit strange getting used to using a dropper to get the stuff in my nose lol. I also have to try to prevent the liquid from going through my nasal passages and down my throat, because it will only absorb through the mucous membranes in the nasal cavity. So, I try to squeeze the middle of my nose to prevent the liquid from going down my throat. It's just a routine that takes some getting used to. Lastly, Cosmic Nootropic was really excellent when it came to communications - any questions I asked were promptly answered in a very friendly manner. I fully understand that the extreme shipping delays were totally out of the control of Cosmic Nootropic - it's entirely my government's fault lol. Cosmic Nootropic did everything in their power to ensure successful delivery, and to ensure my satisfaction, and I truly appreciate this company. They're a great website to purchase Russian nootropics from (probably the best), and I completely trust them and I'm very thankful for the fact that I eventually received my shipment! They said that they had a 100% successful delivery rate, and I believe it - it just takes forever to arrive from Russia right now due to the current situation. Hopefully Selank will be available from their U.S. warehouse sometime soon, if it isn't already. That would be so much more convenient, and I would definitely be willing to pay the extra price!
